The sick thing is I want him to touch me an make me feel good again.
Just because you want someones touch doesn't make you sick sweetheart. You just need to try ad restrain yourself becuase you know he's not what you want. Sex and love are two different things and you knw you don't love him right? So you just have to try and ignore the fact you want sex. Wanting touch just makes you human dearest.
