Well sorry you guys. Today was a horrible day.I can't even discuss it. I ended up vomiting from the stress and in the end I cut. I went 102 days being cut free and that streak has ended. I cut my stomach 8 times tonight. The stress got to me and addiction came creeping out.

Don't apologize. Never apologize to anyone about cutting, because you have no reason to be sorry. 102 days is an amazing feat. And if you did it once, I know that if you want to, you can do it again, and do it longer. Sure, you are more than likely going to slip every once in a while, but who doesn't? I'm sorry you had a horrible day. I hope today goes better. Take care.
Love Always,
Camille
when you have a bad day it's understandable you cut, it's a coping mechanism. don't be sorry. you can get through this.
Man, I wanted to be the first one to comment!
Hannah! Camille, EVIL!
Yeah, what they said ^ lol
Be positive, I'm still very proud of you my love =)
cutting is your voice. I know. I did it for years. Sarah
it is awesome that you made it 102 days. it does show something positive about you. But I wanted to share with you something I found. I don't know you but I feel like I do, which is why I am sharing. It's a book. Self help for depression, i know, super lame but this doctor who wrote it isnt just a doctor who has studied the mind,he also suffers or suffered from depression. I'm reading it and it's like this guy is reading my mind. so much better than going to therapy. it's called Undoing Depression by Richard O'Connor, Ph.D

I also emailed him, to see if he knew anyone that could possibly help me with similar methods as him. He actually responded and his email back to me was so encouraging and thoughtful.
I dont know if it will help you. I dont really know a whole lot about you. but i do know that you are amazing, your blog is beautiful and i can only imagine that it has to come from someone equally as beautiful.
Well done for going such a long time.
You don't have to apologise ever, people just want to support you.

I slipped, too, on my path away from SI. I was even fewer days out.
I'm still here if you need someone to talk to.
Love you!
